Set in the 300 acre grounds of Harrison Spinks farm York, Hornington Manor is a diverse wedding venue with 4 spaces to choose from, an ideal setting for your Taste Cuisine Wedding.
The Rustic Wedding Barn
The newest space Hornington Manor wedding venue offers is the Rustic Wedding Barn set amongst beautiful Yorkshire Countryside. Previously home to new born lambs, the barn has been beautifully renovated to comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests.
The barn features vast double doors that open out onto their gorgeous courtyard and exposed beams that reflect its original use as a working barn. The beauty of the wedding barn is that you can really put your own personal style into it, with as much or as little decoration as you want. The mezzanine level can be used for whatever you like – a seating area for your guests to relax or to say your vows on with guests looking up from below.
The impressive gallery has huge floor to ceiling windows with views of beautiful countryside and sheep grazing in the fields. The light and contemporary space overlooks the main room which lends itself perfectly to wedding photos of the ceremony below. The gallery is a lovely venue to say I do and celebrate with delicious food and great friends.
Located in the West wing the Ballroom is great for more intimate ceremonies. The room boasts beautiful sash windows overlooking the manor lawn and countryside beyond. The ballroom is a truly remarkable space to get married in.
If the inside spaces don’t appeal to you, say I do outside. The grounds are a perfect setting to hold your ceremony. Take in the stunning surroundings as you say your vows under the charming Lych Gate in the wonderful Manor Courtyard.
